As you can see from the photo evidence above (merci beaucoup, Yahoo! Sports), Jason Blake, the Toronto Maple Leafs' leading scorer, has got it down pat.
And you know what? I've never been much of a fan, but I'm beginning to grow rather fond of #55's fist pumpage action. Especially when he shows excellent fist pump etiquette, and it comes after an eventual game-winning goal in the third period against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Keep doing your thing, Blake.
Keep doing your thing, Blake.

that first pic is awesome... he really dug deep for it!
kinda makes me want to throw down a "BAAAMMMMMM!!"
perhaps followed by a "GREEN EGGS AND HAAAMMMM!!!"
You will all be believers one day.
Blake's fist pump shall lead us to the cup.
@ Showcase: It's like starting a lawn mower. Pure pumpage.
@ Scott Baker: My thoughts, exactly.
@ J.D.: For the record, I've always been an ardent Blake supporter. The biggest in the Barilkosphere, undoubtedly. I was just never a big fan of the fist pumpage. But it's def. grown on me.
And, yes, you are right. Blake will lead us to the cup. Imagine the fist pump after we win Lord Stanley. Like Bob Cole would say, "Ohhh baby!"
I'm going to fist pump my next goal in my hockey league.
That is, if i can ever find the back of the net again.
Brad, I think Jason Blake too once felt like you did. It's hard to believe the guy who put up 16 points in January was a healthy scratch back in October and November.
And, I think we all must make it a point to fist pump more in our daily lives. It's only right.
I do a massive fist pump when I drink milk before the expiry date hits.
It's only fitting that Blake does the same when he scores goals.
BK, that's the type of everyday fist pumping I'm talking about. Good on you, mate.
@ last picture:
Invisbul fallin Sidney Crosby!
Zack, looking at that last picture, it seems like Blake is only 4 feet tall. It's amazing. He's so damn small already, yet he looks even smaller.
Tiger Woods = Zhar of the fist pump
I love in the last picture that the kids are also doing the fist pump. I guess it must be contagious!
there's nuthin' that compares to a good well timed fist pump. just think back to tiger's!
If ya'll dont know me, i do the fist pump too....cant blame Blake, its all about the emotion after scoring a goal....
There's nothing wrong with it. Well, only when he does it when we're losing 5-1, like an idiot.
Other than that, fist pump away. You too, Bhatti.
